Windows on Wood will be a unique gathering of senior people interested in the future of Australian forestry and forest products, including a mix of representatives from:
• Timber, wood products and forest management companies
• Federal, state and local government agencies
• Timber marketing companies
• Industry organisations and associations
• Universities and teaching institutions.

Windows on Wood will update participants on the big issues facing Australian forestry, including forestry in the global context, pulp and paper, certification and its role in marketing, new ways of selling wood product in Australia and what Australian timber producers need to do to compete in the rapidly changing global marketing conditions. The Symposium will also explore the challenge of investing in new technologies in an uncertain environment

Dress Standard
Smart casual attire is the minimum dress standard for this event and for admission to the RACV Club.

Post Symposium Cocktails
Complimentary drinks and snacks will be offered in the foyer area outside the Symposium conference rooms at the conclusion of the Symposium, between 5.00pm and 5.30 pm.

The RACV Club offers other informal lounge facilities and dining areas within the building should participants wish to stay.
