Christopher Lovell joined the VicForests Board on 1 June 2018. Mr Lovell is an experienced professional company director with extensive board experience in legal and marketing sectors.
Mr Lovell is currently a Chair of Holding Redlich, a Director of Clemenger Group, City West Water, Barnett Foundation Independent Chair and is on the Parkville Stakeholder Reference Group for the Metro Tunnel and the Parkville/North Melbourne and CBD Community Reference Group for the Metro Tunnel.

Therese Ryan joined the VicForests Board in February 2013.
With more than 35 years’ experience as a senior business executive and commercial lawyer, Ms Ryan has worked in widely diversified businesses in Australia and overseas and was Vice President and General Counsel for General Motors International Operations, based in Shanghai, China.
Ms Ryan is currently Chair of Gippsland Water and a non-executive Director of Bapcor Limited, Sustainable Timber Tasmania, WA Local Superannuation and Independent Member, Audit, Finance and Risk Committee, City of Melbourne.
Dr. David Cochrane

David Cochrane joined the VicForests' Board on 1 January 2016.
Dr Cochrane has over 35 years’ experience as an economist and accountant, providing economic, commercial and strategic advice to the public and private sectors. David has extensive experience across a range of industries including forestry, environment and natural resources, public land, health, infrastructure, transport and industry development.
Formerly he was the Chair of Destination Docklands Ltd, Senior Partner in the Economics, Policy and Regulations Group at Ernst & Young and held various senior positions at PwC.
Dr Cochrane has a Doctorate of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Economics.
Dr Cochrane is also a Director of Guide Dogs Victoria, Cloudstreet Economics Pty Ltd and Phillip and World Urban Parks and the founding Director of Cloudstreet Economics Pty Ltd.

Angeleen Jenkins joined the VicForests' Board on 1 January 2016. Ms Jenkins is an experienced professional company director with a decade of board and committee roles, including eight years of commercial board and committee experience in the Australian and international construction industry.
Ms Jenkins has worked extensively in high risk industries, including over 20 years in the multi-national construction sector where she was previously employed as a Director and Company Executive of a major construction group.
Ms Jenkins is passionate about safe production, the environment, workplace diversity, risk management, sound governance and sustainable business performance.
Ms Jenkins is currently a Director of Tiaki Plantations Company, Taumata Plantations Limited and Central Highlands Water and is a former Director of McConnell Dowell Corporation Limited.

Greg Sword joined the VicForests Board on 1 June 2018. Mr Sword co-authored reports on the development and evolution of Australia's union movement and served as Senior Vice President of the ACTU and the National President of the ALP.
Mr Sword is a founding director of Veski and is CEO of the Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust and a member of the Melbourne Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board.

Kim McGrath joined the VicForests Board on 1 June 2018. Kim is a principle at BKE Consulting and has extensive experience in public policy formulation and implementation at international, federal and state government levels. A former water policy advisor to the Premier of Victoria Ms McGrath has over 20 years' experience in researching, strategic advice and policy development.
Ms McGrath is a director at South East Water and the Melbourne International Film Festival.
